Return Process

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble any furniture and place all items back into their original SPIKE packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly manuals are included.
- 3.Schedule a Pickup
For small decor, drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; for large furniture pieces, use our portal to schedule a professional freight pickup from your home.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
